Update on fund–demand

After careful consideration, VASLan has decided to set a closing date for some of the Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing grants across all localities. We made this decision due to an exceptional response and high demand for the Fund which reflects the great work being delivered.

We will continue to work diligently to ensure a seamless process for the closure of the Main and Partnership grants in the Hamilton locality and feel free to contact the funding team if you have any questions or concerns.

The closing date for Hamilton Main and Partnership grants was Sunday 5th November 2023 at Midnight.We have now set a new deadline for small and micro grants in Hamilton - which will be Friday 17th November 2023 at Midnight. 

If you are in the East Kilbride or Clydesdale area, and would like to apply for a Main or Partnership grant, the deadline for applications is now Sunday 3rd December at Midnight. There has not been any deadlines set yet for Small and Micro grants in this area. 

Applications for all grant sizes in Cambuslang and Rutherglen is still open - with a provisional deadline set for Wednesday 31st January at Midnight. 

We will pause the fund on Friday 22nd December 2023 at 12noon for the festive break and reopen on Monday 8th January 2024 at 9am.
