This position will be based at NHS Lanarkshire (Law House) and will include home working (during restrictions).

Healthy Valleys in partnership with NHS Lanarkshire requires to recruit the above post to develop and enhance the Lanarkshire Weight Management Service (LWMS).

Working as part of the LWMS, the post holder will develop current and new partnerships across the Lanarkshire Board area with a focus on physical activity for health, outdoor physical activity and Green Health as well as the Healthy Schools + approach.
