Join our Introductory session to find out more about the Climate Confidence Pilot in South Lanarkshire and how your social enterprise can be supported on your journey to Net Zero.

The session will be held virtually and is open to South Lanarkshire-based social enterprises only. The session will cover:

NHS Led community engagement session where there will be a presentation by NHS Lanarkshire regarding the 'Our Health Together' campaign followed by the opportunity for questions and then individual group discussions on the engagement questions.

The subject of Community Wealth Building can also be approached, and insight is given from NHS Lanarkshire as an anchor organisation.

Following the launch of the Third Sector Locality Networks in September, we are looking to identify organisations in the Cambuslang & Rutherglen and Hamilton, Larkhall & Blantyre localities that are interested in leading the planning and facilitation of future events in their locality.

This is your opportunity to network and have your voice heard by the third sector and beyond.

The partners of ‘Connected East Kilbride’ being Kilbryde Hospice, Healthy and Active in East Kilbride and The Citizens Advice Bureau East Kilbride, are working in Partnership with VASLan to help bring East Kilbride’s community groups and organisations together on a quarterly basis.

£600,000 available to help South Lanarkshire’s Net Zero Future!

SSE Renewables and Clyde Wind Farm (Scotland) Ltd have opened a £600,000 Sustainable Development Fund to help community projects in South Lanarkshire to prepare for the climate emergency and a net zero world.
