The survey is to ensure we inform Lanarkshire’s Health and Social Care Integrated workforce plan, as we want to ensure that the views and comments of South Lanarkshire’s Voluntary and community groups have a voice in what will be submitted to the Scottish Government by July 2022.

It is a short survey of 11 questions. Please make every effort to complete and submit the form.
