The Volunteer Management Course is aimed at organisations who are at a stage where they feel they could benefit from involving volunteers, or in fact already involve volunteers, but would like to re-examine their procedures and processes.
Together this training aims to:
•    Look at WHY we involve volunteers
•    WHAT we want volunteers to do
•    Are we READY to involve volunteers
•    HOW can we provide an excellent volunteering experience
