IFIC Scotland and partners invite you to join them for a one-day national learning event to make 10 years of integrated health and social care in Scotland. Themed sessions will focus on: prevention, early intervention, place-based leadership and partnering for population health equity, people-powered rights based on community-led support and digital solutions for wellbeing.
