To support the growth and success of the local third sector, we have launched an exclusive e-learning platform in partnership with the Charity Learning Consortium. 

The Learning Circle is an e-learning platform that offers a wide range of training and resources to enable your staff and volunteers to learn, lead, and succeed. This platform has been co-produced and created for the use of third sector organisations, community groups, social enterprises and volunteers.  

When you step into the circle, you will find training and guidance on a variety of subjects – from personal development to policy and compliance training; IT and marketing to volunteer management.  

To meet the needs of a varied audience - you will be able to complete the courses at your own pace, with your progress saved along the way. You can expect a range of interactive videos, quizzes, and information printouts.  

If you are a third sector organisation working within South Lanarkshire, you can take advantage of this easy-to-use learning tool. You can grant up to 10 staff and/or volunteers' access for an agreed time period.
