East Kilbride Housing Association was formed in 1994 by local residents who wanted to ensure that housing stock in East Kilbride was owned and controlled locally. EKHA currently have a total of 542 properties and are working on more development opportunities!

Their aim is to improve the quality of life and serve the needs of local people in East Kilbride and surrounding areas by providing high quality social rented housing and related services, and by assisting them in sustaining and strengthening their communities.

They have been continuing to work throughout the pandemic ensuring those living within East Kilbride are able to receive essential repairs, welfare benefits advice, rent arrears assistance, housing applications as well as many other services.
