Role Title: European Championship Volunteer

Location: Strathclyde Country Park, ML1 3ED

A new era of sport will get underway in the summer of 2018 as Glasgow and Berlin host the inaugural European Championships.  This is an exciting new event bringing together some of the continent's leading sports including the existing European Championships for athletics, aquatics, cycling, gymnastics, rowing and triathlon with a new Golf Team Championships.  Glasgow and the surrounding areas will host aquatics, cycling, golf, gymnastics, rowing and triathlon while Berlin will host the athletics element of the championships.

A large number of volunteers are required to help with general stewarding duties and to help make the events taking place a memorable occasion for everyone.  There will be a series of volunteer induction sessions throughout May to provide more detailed information on the volunteering roles and what volunteers can expect.  Volunteers only need to attend one session.
