Join us in our first of 4 training modules as we explore these essential policies and procedures.

This session is aimed at organisations who are at a stage where they feel they could benefit from involving volunteers, or in fact already involve volunteers, but would like to re-examine their procedures and processes. This course will cover:

- Identifying the need for policies and procedures.

- Understanding the resources required when engaging with volunteers.

- Creating effective policies and procedures to support your volunteers.
