This session will provide practical guidance when preparing descriptions of voluntary roles, and explores what to include in these descriptions to effectively define a volunteers place within your group or organisation. 

This session will focus on:

• Identifying the purpose, function and elements of effective volunteering Role Descriptions
• Creating effective descriptions that detail a volunteer’s role within a group or organisation.
• Identifying and creating attractive recruitment messages that demonstrate key aims of these roles.
