At the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) Strategic Commissioning Group on Wednesday 6th December 2023, the arrangements for the April 2024 - March 2026 cycle of the Integrated Care Fund (ICF) were agreed.
There was a potential threat of the size of this funding being reduced, causing a delay in decision making. However, thanks to the high quality of evaluation provided from existing grant holders, we are pleased to announce that £1.3 million will be available over 2 years through this funding. Applications are now closed. The VASLan team are dedicated to ensuring our local Third Sector are made aware of this funding opportunity, and we will provide capacity building support where required during the application process.

In 2016, the Scottish Government launched the Integrated Care Fund (ICF) to help local health and social care partnerships to integrate services and ensure more money is directed to community and voluntary sector preventative services. This funding is now open for the 2024-2026 cycle and aims to support a range of integrated health and social care services for adults of all ages, including those with long-term health conditions and multiple health problems.

The funding can provide 100% of the cost of the project. We will support grants to the value of :

3. VASLan will undertake an initial assessment of the application to ensure it meets the funding criteria before submitting it to an external panel for full assessment. All assessments are done on an ongoing basis, so we ask that you submit your application early. The closing date of the application is Midnight on Sunday 4th February 2024.
