What is ICF

In 2016, the Scottish Government launched the Integrated Care Fund (ICF) to help local health and social care partnerships to integrate services and ensure more money is directed to community and voluntary sector preventative services.

This funding is now open for the 2024-2026 cycle and aims to support a range of integrated health and social care services for adults of all ages, including those with long-term health conditions and multiple health problems.
