Clydesdale Third Sector Locality Network - December 2022 Event

Calling all community groups in Clydesdale! This is your opportunity to network and have your voice heard by the third sector and beyond.
CCI and Healthy Valleys are working in Partnership with Voluntary Action South Lanarkshire (VASLan) to help bring Clydesdale's community groups and organisations together on a quarterly basis.
These events provide a vital opportunity for networking, support, partnership working and offer an opportunity for shared learning.
Please come and join us at the second of these events which has been formatted based entirely on the results and feedback from the issues raised at the first event in September which was that people are particularly interested in finding out more about what is happening in the sector and welcome the opportunity to network with each other.
We are therefore looking to put the spotlight on 5 organisations with an opportunity for them to have 5 minutes to tell the event about who they are, what they do and what they are planning.

We anticipate that there are a lot of fantastic groups out there who want to share their stories so we intend to dedicate two spots to groups from Lesmahagow / Blackwood / Kirkmuirhill area and 3 spots for the rest of Clydesdale. We will draw lots for the chance to spotlight at this event with other organisations being given an opportunity at the next planned events in the Spring.
There will also be opportunities for general networking and issue specific round tables.
Responding to other priorities raised at the first meeting, the agenda also includes inputs from VASLan and SLC Community Engagement Team with a focus on funding support and how to get the communities voice heard.
This agenda will be sent out prior to the date of the event.
A delegate list will be available on the day to enable effective networking.
