We were so excited to launch the co-produced #KeepTheBeatAlive campaign at our launch event on Thursday 25th April. 

Hosted at Strathaven Town Mill, we premiered four blockbuster films featuring 7 local third sector organisations. With over 70 more being involved in the campaign Impact Report. Five local and national decision makers also joined us for a live Q&A session to discuss how we can work together to meet the campaign's 3 main asks: 1. Recognise our value 2. Be smarter about funding 3. Meaningfully engage with us.

This is an exciting time to be joining VASLan. We are about to launch a new three-year strategy which sets out our ambitious plans for the future. VASLan are seeking to appoint several new Trustees who will help in shaping and setting the strategic direction, review and monitor VASLan's work and activities, both financial and operational whilst supporting and challenging the Leadership Team in achieving the organisation's mission, vision, and goals.

New Fully Funded Programme to help your enterprise journey to net zero

With an increasing appetite amongst non-environmental charities, social enterprises and community groups to do more to address the climate emergency, South Lanarkshire Council working alongside Voluntary Action South Lanarkshire, is looking for social enterprises based in South Lanarkshire to participate in a new Climate Confident Pilot.

This pilot will offer up to 30 enterprises the opportunity to participate in workshop training, receive wraparound support and act towards Net Zero in the development of a new digital tool that will help your organisation to:
