I am a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and my career spans 20 years encompassing Strategy, HR, L&D, Training, Change and Coaching. I am passionate in helping companies grow and supporting people to achieve their goals for both personal and career development. I’ve worked in multiple industry sectors as an employee and now run my own Consulting business, helping companies with all the things I am passionate about.

I’m an inquisitive person, which means I like to ask questions to understand more. This helps me to build rapport, collaborate and form good working relationships. When I’m not working, I like to walk and roam in the countryside, do some hiking, pilates and travel around Scotland with my husband in a very old campervan.
