Trustees’ Week is a time for us to come together to celebrate the achievements of nearly one million trustees across the UK. Thank you for the time, commitment and effort you bring to your charities to help them thrive.
Throughout Trustees’ Week you’ll have the chance to connect with other trustees to share your experiences or find out how to become a trustee. You’ll also be able to develop your skills through our wide range of events, training and guidance.

National Inclusion Week (NIW) is a week dedicated to celebrating inclusion and taking action to create inclusive workplaces.
The World's Biggest Coffee Morning on 27th September 2024 is Macmillan's biggest fundraising event for people facing cancer. We ask people all over the UK to host their own Coffee Mornings and donations on the day are made to Macmillan. Every reason matters!

Charity is vital, as it enables us to reach out to wider parts of society, assisting those who need our help the most. This is why the International Day of Charity is so important. It raises awareness about charity and why it is important to help those who are in need.
National Nonprofit Day is commemorated on August 17 each year to recognize nonprofit organizations' ongoing efforts to serve the local community.
World Refugee Day is held on June 20th. This is an annual event, held on the same date each year. World Refugee Day honours the strength and courage of refugees and encourages public awareness and support of the refugees, people who have had to flee their home lands because of conflict or natural disaster.
Volunteers Week is taking place from 3rd - 9th June this year. It's a chance to recognise the fantastic contribution volunteers make to our communities and say thank you.

Mental Health Awareness Week takes place every year in May. The official theme for the week is set by the Mental Health Foundation.
Every year, people around the country use Dying Matters Awareness Week as a moment to encourage all communities to get talking in whatever way, shape or form works for them. The next Dying Matters Awareness Week will take place from 6 - 12 May 2024.
