Celebrating Time to Talk Day in South Lanarkshire

Time to Talk Day is the UK's biggest mental health conversations taking place on Thursday, 3rd February. It is the day that friends, families, communities, and workplaces come together to talk, listen and change lives. In Scotland, Time to Talk Day is run by See Me and SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health). And the aim for this year is to support communities across the country to have more mental health conversation and to figure out all different ways to start the conversation, with main the focus on what we all can do to make sure we are listening, and not just talking.

Communities across South Lanarkshire are delighted to invite you to join a range of events to celebrate Time To Talk Day. Check out the information below, get involved, and let's chat!
