The aim of this course is to provide committee members with an overview of their strategic role and responsibilities in relation to the governance of their organisation, highlight the difference between governance and management and cover key responsibilities under charity law. Key principles of good governance, board sustainability and ensuring quality are all covered. Recommended for new and existing committee members.
