We are excited to finally be in a position to launch the South Lanarkshire Social Enterprise Network and we have listened to what you want and are having the first meeting in-person.

SLSEN is a membership network of South Lanarkshire social enterprise leaders who believe that social enterprise can transform the economic, environmental, social, and cultural life of South Lanarkshire. By supporting, promoting and developing social enterprise we aim to create an environment in South Lanarkshire in which social enterprises are able to flourish.

The SLSEN will be open and honest, fully inclusive, friendly, non-judgemental and confidential. Come along to find out our progress to date with the Social Enterprise Strategy, talk about current local issues, inform what training is required and to network with other social enterprises across South Lanarkshire. This meeting is your opportunity to help shape how SLSEN will operate in the future.

• To build relationships with other social enterprises across South Lanarkshire.
• To raise the profile of South Lanarkshire Social Enterprises.
• To allow for improved communication across the sector, giving the opportunity to learn from one another.
• To be a sector voice in helping to shape and deliver the South Lanarkshire Social Enterprise Strategy and Action Plan

A draft agenda will be sent out prior to the event but we want it to be lead by you so will be basing the meeting on what you shared with us in the social enterprise consultation survey.
