South Lanarkshire Council has been allocated £298,000 for year one of a likely allocation of £3.5m (over the period 2021 to 2026) to renew playparks in the area.
South Lanarkshire Council has been allocated £298,000 for year one of a likely allocation of £3.5m (over the period 2021 to 2026) to renew playparks in the area.
This survey is being undertaken by Voluntary Action South Lanarkshire (VASLan) to capture your training needs, both as individual and organisations. The findings from this survey will assist VASLan in providing relevant information and training services to the community and voluntary sectors.

The Communities Mental Health & Well Being Fund is now open for South Lanarkshire area!
The ambition of this fund is to support initiatives that promote mental health and well being at a small scale, grassroots, community level. It should be accessible to all groups, no matter how small or inexperienced they are.

MOBILE TEST UNITS
A new helpline is now available for individuals living in South Lanarkshire who are self-isolating/vulnerable and whose usual support network is no longer available.
The helpline will help people to access food and other essential supplies. The Community Engagement Team within the council have been working along with VASLAN to collate activity which is happening within communities, and to make contact with new groups and networks which are developing in response to the current situation.
